§ 5 Azetx Company reserves the right to change the prices of goods in the store.

§ 6 For each order is issued a receipt or invoice. Companies from the EU please provide a VAT number and the information whether they are registered as payers of the EU.

§ 7 Customer may withdraw the order or make changes only until the invoice. You can not cancel the order, which has already been sent. We do not pobraniowych foreign shipments.

§ 8 For each contract customer selects the preferred method of payment – prepayment and confirms the associated costs.

§ 9 Courier DHL reach most commonly in accordance with Table service available on the website of the courier. In the absence of goods in the warehouse send the information. AZETX Company is not responsible for delays caused by the side bearer shipments.

§ 10 Payment:

a) payment by bank transfer.

§ 11 customer not conducting business (consumer) may – in accordance with Art. 7 of the Act of March 2, 2000 (applies to distance contracts) withdraw from the contract without giving any reasons for making a statement in writing within ten days from the date of the Client product. Right of withdrawal referred to above shall not be entitled to the Customer, among others, in cases (Article 10 paragraph 3 points 1-7):

a) the product has been damaged or used;

b) the benefits of the characteristics specified by the Customer in his order, or closely associated with his person;

c) benefits, which due to their nature can not be returned, or whose subject is perishable

§ 12 Complaints

The faulty goods please report in our company, and then upload (at your own expense) package without download. For shipment, please include a description of the damage. In the event of unjustified complaints, the cost of re-shipping the goods shall be borne by customer

§ 13 Protection of personal data

Customer consents to the processing of personal data for the conclusion and implementation of agreements within the store or in accordance with the Act on Personal Data Protection dated 29.10.1997. The customer has the right to inspect their data and to correct, as well as the right to discontinue their treatment.

Placing an order (by phone, mail or in person) constitutes acceptance of these rules.
